Whether you need sheets, rolls or custom nitrile gaskets, Buna-N may be an ideal material for your specific application. Buna Nitrile is an excellent oil-resistant sheet, commonly used in the oil industry for storage tanks and other applications where contact with oil or fuel is present. If your application involves direct contact with oil, Buna-N may be perfect for you. There are different grades of Nitrile and we would be happy to help you select the proper material to ensure an adequate seal. We also offer Nitrile extrusions, molded parts and O-Rings.

White FDA Nitrile – Food Grade

Food Grade Sheet is manufactured from Food and Drug Administration-approved ingredients. It is a superior, long-life sheet designed specifically for general gasketing, countertops and skirting in all areas of food processing and pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing. Approved by USDA for meat and poultry processing. This FDA nitrile rubber sheet is made from ingredients per Z1 CFR 177.2600. It also meets "3A Sanitary Standards for Multiple-Use Rubber and Rubber-Like Materials used as product contact surfaces in dairy equipment," Number 18-01, Class III and IV. It has good resistance to oily and greasy food products and abrasion. This sheet is non-marking.
