PVC Sponge & Foam
Low Density PVC
V700 Series
This economical general purpose foam tape is manufactured for use in applications requiring positive seals on irregular surfaces or when flex and conformability to seal tight radius curves are critical considerations. This material is a self-extinguishing, flame retardant formulation that meets FMVSS 302A Specifications. This material is available with or without an acrylic adhesive. Low-density PVC is also available cast onto a 1.5 mil polyester film to provide dimensional stability, reducing stretching of the foam, reducing wear, and preventing sticking to surfaces. This material is inherently resistant to fire, ultraviolet rays, most chemicals, and solvents.

Medium Density PVC
V1500 Series
This medium density foam tape is manufactured for use in applications requiring positive seals on irregular surfaces. This material; provides an excellent combination of flexibility and conformability with strength and wear resistance. This material is a self-extinguishing, flame retardant formulation that meets FMVSS 302A Specifications. This material is available with or without an acrylic adhesive. V1500 series PVC foam absorbs shocks, cushions, deadens sound and eliminates excise vibration. It has excellent dimensional stability. This material is inherently resistant to fire, ultraviolet rays, most chemicals, and solvents.

Heavy Density PVC
V2500 Series
This Heavy density foam tape is manufactured for use in the most demanding sealing or cushioning applications. High internal strength resists pressures from outside forces and high hardness resists deterioration. This material; provides an excellent combination of flexibility and conformability with strength and wear resistance. This material is a self-extinguishing, flame retardant formulation that meets FMVSS 302A Specifications. This material is available with or without an acrylic adhesive.
